  • Ball head with Arri locating pin can connect the camera cage or monitor cage to Arri points.
  • Ball head with a 1/4" screw could be used to attach camera cage or monitor directly.

SmallRig Magic Arm has two ball heads at the ends, one ball head with Arri locating pin and the other ball head with a 1/4" screw, making it universally compatible.
The ball head with Arri locating pin is compatible with camera cages or monitor cages with Arri points. It prevents the Magic Arm from twisting and thus increases the stability and safety of the Magic Arm.
It is equipped with a knurled screw to hold the cage manually, or even tighter with the hexagonal wrench.

The ball head with 1/4" screw is directly compatible with the camera cage or monitor.
You could attach the arm to the side or top of the camera cage at one end and attach the monitor to the other end.
Two ball heads with rubber pad can increase the friction between the ball head and the ball head clamp, thus ensuring a secure locking.
