  • Caruba extension tube set (type II)
  • Extension tube in lengths of 12, 20 and 36 mm
  • Lens and housing cap
  • no impairment of image quality

This Caruba extension tube set (type II) consists of three spacers that can be used separately but can also be combined. Extension tubes are ideal for macro photography or for special close-ups.

The spacer rings have no optical elements and so it is possible to bring objects closer and closer into the picture without impairing the image quality. The spacers have a chrome-plated mount and are compatible with Nikon F Lens. Options such as automatic focus and TTL metering continue to work. However, it is advisable to focus manually as the focus is very tight.

Each Lens has a minimum focusing distance. If you place an extension tube between the Lens and the camera body, the minimum focusing distance will be reduced. The greater the focal length of the spacer, the closer you can get and the more detail you can capture.
